Q: What s your main products?

A: Our main products are fasteners, such as the bolts, nuts, screws, washers including the standard and customized fasteners. As well as the stamping parts, CNC turning parts.
Q: Could we custom size, packing or others? How about MOQ?

A: Sure, customized service is workable. We are specialized in the customized products. MOQ depends on the size and goods.
Q: Could you provide samples? How long is the delivery time for samples?

A: Sure, if in stock, we will arrange to deliver it about 3-5 days, if it is nonstandard, it takes around15 20days.
Q: Do you accept PayPal?

A: Sure, we have PayPal Account, it’s better to use the PayPal for small amount, we will prefer TT or L/C.
Q: Where is your company located? Could we visit it?

A: Sure, welcome to visit our factory, it is located in the hometown of Fasteners of Jiaxing City. Please contact us in advance.
Q.What types of customized parts do you provide?

A. we provide cold forging parts such as the bolts, screws and nuts, hot forging parts, stamping parts, machining parts, sheet metal parts, ,and other customized parts. We are capable of providing customized parts not only with single-process, but also with a variety combined crafts, such as welding, assembling, nylock.
Q. Does every customized part need mould fee?

A. Not all customized parts cost mould fee. For example, a turning part does not need a mould yet requires the appropriate tools and fixtures. Therefore charges certain sample fees. It will be returned after placing an order.
Q. Can you provide free samples?

A. Yes, for the standard fastener,if on stock,we can provide free samples. Please kindly understand that we charge certain fees for customized samples before making.
Q. How do you guarantee quality?

A. We practices the worker's self-inspection and routing inspection on a regular basis during production, the QC strict sampling before packaging and the delivery after compliance. Each batch of products is accompanied by Inspection Certificate and raw materials test report from the steel factory.
Q. If I have paid the mould fee yet receive the nonconforming samples, what will you do?

A. For the first development of non-standard parts, we refund the mould fee in case of 2 times of nonconforming samples delivered. If you give us more chances to make the moulds, we will continue to study until success.
Q. What is your MOQ for processing? Any mould fee? Is the mould fee refunded?

A. MOQ for non-standard fasteners: 1-2 tons acc. to the different parts,charge mould fee, which will be refunded when reaching a certain quantity, more fully described in our quotation.

B. MOQ for stamping parts : Depending on the degree of difficulty and dimensions of the parts. We will charge mould fee and refund it when reaching a certain quantity, more fully described in our quotation.

C. MOQ for turning parts is 100 pieces, charging no mould fee. But if you need samples confirming, charging the sample fee, and refund it when make the order.
Q. What is your delivery time?

A: 15-30 days for samples, 25-50 days for mass production.
Q. Do you accept small order?

A. Sure, we can accept any orders.
Q. What is your packing.

A. Our packing is 20-25kg for one carton,36 or 48pcs cartons for one pallet. One pallets is about 900-960kg, We also can make customer’s logo on the cartons. Or we customized cartons according to customers’ requestment.
Q. What is your payment term?

A. We can accept T/T,LC for general order ,Paypal and Western union for small order or samples order.
Q. What is your terms of delivery?

A. We accept EXW, FOB, CIF, etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.

Small order acceptable

Customized service:

Format of the drawing: PDF, JPEG,CAD,STP,etc or provide the samples which we make the drawing for you.
Advantage for mold: one time paid, reusable, quick to build.
Custom Logo: Acceptable, such as company name, website, principle, patent NO and so on.
Samples time: 15-25 days, it depends on the order quantity and the specific products. Different products have different lead time.
Custom packing: Available, such as small pack, or customer’s the label, bag, carton.
