A:We have specialized coordinator to follow up the orders for each customer. the coordinator will check the production schedule with production team and confirm the reasonable delivery date to customer.and contact with customer before shipment to follow customer's packing intruction and shipping instruction. after the goods arrive at destination, our coordinator will keep in touch with customer till the customer receive the goods.
