Bugle batten screw --Ribbed bugle head in-hex drive,type 17 point.
Can be applied using hex/Allen key or hex drive bit in a power tool. self drilling type 17 point. Ribbed bugle heads self embed and can be driven flush or countersunk below the timber surface and are used when finish is a primary concern. Landscape screws are fitted with a reinforced ribbed bugle head for greater strength and a reaming thread that minimizes friction and reduces torque required.
